The shell is made of TRICARBOCO, a mixture of carbon and resin-bonded fiber characterized by various weights and tensile strengths, combined with aramid composite material, which allows for a shell that is lightweight yet impact resistant. The inner shell is made of differentiated density polystyrene, designed to allow gradual and progressive absorption of the impact force generated by an impact. The inner lining is made of Hydrocool fabric, which is lightweight, soft and breathable, and features removable, washable and replaceable interior and side cheek pads.
